1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
Standard Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 7–12 business days
Tracking information provided after dispatch.
DHL Express Shipping
Estimated Delivery: 3–5 business days
Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to:
- All 50 U.S. states
If you are located outside the United States, please contact us before placing an order.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
5. Shipping Delays
Trade Hive International is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Customs clearance procedures
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- High seasonal demand
Delivery estimates do not include unforeseen carrier delays.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments (if applicable), customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your location.
Any additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Please contact the shipping carrier directly
- We recommend checking with neighbors or building management
Trade Hive International is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
